Coordination of temporary and mobile sites (according to GD -Goverment Decision no.300/2006)

• Developing the Health and Safety Plan for each site of the company to be opened in Romania, according to art. 17-19 of GD 300/2006;
• Preparation of prior declaration and communication to the territorial labor inspectorate over whose jurisdiction is the site;
• Opening and completing the Coordination register according with art.36-37 of GD 300/2006;
• Presentation of the coordination register, on demand of project manager and labor inspectors;
• Motion duties and responsibilities on Safety and Health at Work incumbent subcontractors, suitable to works executed in the site;
• Checking knowledge and application of the measures contained in the Health and Safety Plan of the site by all subcontractors;
• Filling in subsequent interventions Case required of new works;
• Participation in meetings / sessions organized by the Beneficiary;
• Establishment in collaboration with beneficiary, of the general health and safety measures applicable to the site;
• Advising own health and safety plans (and their changes) developed by contractors / subcontractors;
• Harmonization of own health and safety plans of all contractors / subcontractors simultaneously performing construction works;
• Performing regular checks on site, in order to verify compliance with security measures and informing the recipient of nonconformities;
• Coordinating their activities on the protection of workers, preventing accidents and occupational hazards that can harm workers;
• Establishing rules for collective means of protection for lifting equipment and access to the site.
